That's only a quarter of a century old. Barely legal if you come to think about it (only old enough to have voted twice at most). This stuff is getting way too unrealistic.

Why do this?

The operation isn't even over yet and you decide to do a team pose right in front of the marks? And you've got your main antagonist right there too so you just destroyed all the plausible deniability you've been building up for however long you know the guy (even though he has a computer voice in his head telling him everything, he's still dumb enough to believe you over it. Trust me). What gain was there in acting like this? Your one accomplice, even though he's got these spells of verbosity (clearly translated line by line in isolation from each other like the rest of the episode, maybe even speech-to-texted and then machine translated), when instead he should be SLICING AND DICING HIS OPPONENTS, cares so little about you he won't snitch, so there isn't even any way they'd know you were the one who pulled it all off.

Did you want to see the look on their faces when they realize they've been had? What's the point? You can imagine it and then when someone interrupts your tale of heroism by asking how do you know if you weren't there you can shut them down by going "I knew them so well that I SCAMMED them, you think I can't predict how they reacted?"… I thought you were a artist of subtle trolling but it turns out the creator of this story would rather destroy all characterization for a climactic scene that isn't even that climactic.

Which is a same because those pics made it look like it was the type of serious mature anime that I enjoy which usually deals with thought-provoking themes.

ehhh… it's about as BL as Strike Witches is yuri, if that makes sense. Maybe even less so, I think the gayest thing that actually happened was putting arms over shoulders, or maybe a princess carry? At the end of the day Iwamoto even kissed a girl (and he liked it!).

That being said, it's definitely a bishounen anime with moderate fanservice and a nearly all male cast, so if you're not interested in that there's no reason to watch it.
