I don't know, like many internet slangs. Often i think there is no intended pronounciation for such words.

qt is definitely "cutie". It's pronouncing the letters individually like "queue tea".

There is also the similar qt3.14 which is pronounced "cutie pie" (because 3.14 is approximately equal to π (pi) which is pronounced the same as "pie")

The pronunciation of the capital probably matters but like all English, the rules are made up (and the points don't matter) and what you really use are context clues to understand people
