Effective immediately: AI images are banned.

We have been getting a flood of low quality AI images on multiple boards that are excessively clogging several threads. We have been lenient in the past but it has gotten to be too much and nobody wants to see the recent posts flooded with AI. Sushichan is not the place for this, especially if you're going to only minimally interact with threads to post AI images.

Users can feel free to discuss this rule change in the replies to this thread but as of right now we are taking a hard stance against AI images on Sushichan.

so true. my mother didn't raise me well, and i pretty much grew up without a mother. for much of my teenage years i'd have dreams of being in relationships with older women i'd completely make up in my head, or fantasize about having a mother / older sister. really, for me, i just want to be loved, and the sort of dominating action comes from that.

If you were a regular at a restaurant or bought food that was prepared, you wouldn't really use your kitchen as much. You could eat at a park, do stuff at a park table or at a cafe. You could do your laundry at a laundromat, even bathe at a bathhouse.
You wouldn't really need most of a home.

I know it's not realistic to do all of that, but it kinda made me think… All those things being possible at home is really just to make it cheaper and convenient, but lets imagine you did them all elsewhere, and your hobbies were all possible outside of your home, even if that meant taking a laptop to a cafe.
At that point you would just be sleeping at home. You wouldn't really be "living at home", you'd be "living in your town"
Your home would be more like a recharge point rather than a den, just another facility.
It's a different way of thinking of one's home than I'm used to.

Now I'd never go that far for real, it would be expensive and stressful, but perhaps there is value to thinking of your home that way, and when its possible, to do things outside the home. Though I'm not sure if there really is any value to it, or if it just seems novel.

I got a cheap 3d printer (200 bucks) and it's been great. Learning CAD is fun, but I get a ton of mileage out of existing models too. There's basically no end of practical stuff you can find and print to make life a little easier here and there and each costs just a buck or two instead of 20.
It's also very cool to have it working away building something in the corner of the office like a little sci fi materializer.

Hello, I'd like to give you all the latest update about my divine mission to spread the revelation that is CRBA and the artistic genius of its creator, AVCHonline.

So I've had a server that's been hosting a bunch of projects for a while - including the CRBA website - but the setup was terrible and I really wanted to set it up better and on a more powerful server. So I started doing that recently. But because of a combination of factors, including it being more complicated than I thought, a bunch of unexpected issues, my absurdly slow upload speed, being busy with other things, and being quite sick for a while; the CRBA imageboard has been down for a couple weeks. Note that this for the imageboard (and the booru), but NOT the main gallery, which was hosted separately.

But I'd happy to announce that it's back. But not only that, I've moved to the .tw domain as previously promised: https://ib.crba.tw

I also plan to soon release a major update to the gallery site. This update will include breaking down the Sean series into comics and making it far more organized; being able to view art in chronological order; an archive of Sean's videos and music; and an archive of Sean's writings. If you have any suggestions, please tell me them

Also one thing many people have gotten wrong about this site is that it is not specifically intended to be a nostalgia/retro style - this is just the best design I could think of. If you think of improvements to the gallery (and of course the imageboard css too), please tell me.
